Flood Risk Consultants
We offer a comprehensive range of flood risk services, including Flood Risk Assessments (also known as FRAs), Sustainable Drainage (SuDS) Strategies, Flood and River Modelling, and Flood Mitigation Plans. Our flood risk consultants have experience working with the Environment Agency to ensure a smooth approval process.
Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS)
National policy requires that developments of more than ten units (including residential, industrial, commercial and mixed-use sites) incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) into the development proposals. You may also need a surface water drainage strategy if you're increasing the footprint of an existing site. If your development is within an area designated as Flood Zones 2 and 3, or an area identified as having a surface water flooding problem, you are also likely to need a SuDS | Drainage Strategy.
Detailed Drainage Design
We design sustainable solutions to manage surface/storm water, prevent flooding, and protect the environment. Our expertise in drainage design ensures efficient and effective systems that meet national and local policy, building regulations requirements and adhering to all relevant British Standards - while also considering any future allowances in climate change.
